Modern House Remodel W/ Addition

Capital G Design took on this project of remodeling the complete exterior and interior of this beautiful home in Granada Hills, CA. As an addition to the backyard we created a brand new patio with a private laundry room and restroom. We were able to add walk-in-closets and an open floor plan upon clients request. A luxurious feel was the final touch that we were able to achieve with 10 foot ceilings suited with 2 foot deep soffits.
