Nested in the quiet neighborhood of Encino, California. This project was a major addition and remodel of an existing single family dwelling. The real estate sitting on this property totals 2,200 square feet excluding the garage. Our design features three bedrooms and a signature office design overlooking the peaceful street of Bianca. To allow a visual illusion of a larger back yard area a three panel sliding door was utilized to open the living room space into the cozy backyard.
